Finally got the opportunity to pay a visit to this renowned restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui. First comes the appetizer
There are three kinds, and I appreciate the escargots most
Fresh and juicy, with its characteristic smell!
After that, 12 kinds of skewers are served one by one So that everything is served sizzling hot!
50-50 with veggies and meat skewers
Unlike my impression of mushroom skewers = dry chewing gum It was super juicy for this one. Actually, my friend squirted out essence (i.e. juice） of mushroom accidentally lol

The beef was also perfect!Seasoning right on spot, and not too "well-cooked" too, so that it's tender to the point that it's so delighting!
One of the most terrific dish of this meal would definitely be this one!!Characteristic chicken terriyaki skewers with cold poached eggs
We learnt that the skewers should be dipped into the mixture of egg yolk and egg white
That blending is just heavenly! A Must-try in this restaurant!!
Another recommendation is the grilled fish!
The skin was crispy, and the meat was tender
Having the well-seasoned meat dipping in sour sauce is one of the best combination it could offer!
Last but not least, here comes a delightMake a guess of what's inside it!

I was astonished by it.
I would order it for the novelty,
and definitely also for its fresh, flavourful soup which is broiled in clams, herbs...

The service here is wonderful, the waiter would introduce the different dishes in detail, serve food elegantly...
