My personal favourite in Samsen is never the soup noodle. Their noodle is so good for its broth without a doubt. But if you have tried their wok-fried rice🍚you will completely change your mind like me ↪️The fried jasmine rice is grainy with wok-hei. The fragrant aroma when serve is like smoke from heaven. Crab meat and wagyu beef are both nice but I would recommend the crab🦀 one for the first timer as fish sauce is meant to serve with seafood!
The pork collar is a must order here not only for good taste but also for its price. Just $68 for a plateful of it. Dip it in the chilli sauce with the basil leaf is a bomb🧨
The pandan coconut dumpling🥥is nice pick for sweet teeth too apart from the ice cream.
