CIAK at the Kitchen 🇮🇹🍕#約會慶生之選Been exploring a few pizza places recently and here’s another award-winning one - ranked first for top pizzeria in Asia 2020 (former Michelin too!!) 🏆I’m a fan of thick-crust pizza but the thin-crust pizza here was AMAZINGLY GOOD. 😱Not the slightest hint that it was over burnt, and yet it was still crispy. We chose Diavola and Prosciutto and Formaggi.
Diavola (tomato sauce, buffalo burrata, spicy nduja salame, lemon zest) - never tried anything like that before, the spice and lemon zest were blended perfectly well together!! 🌶🍋
Prosciutto and Formaggi (Parma ham, gorgonzola, taleggio cheese, mozzarella) - the classic.😊
2️⃣ Ravioli | Alaska king crab, prawn, scallop filled, confit tomato, broccoli emulsion $390
Slightly salty with all the fancy ingredients. The portion wasn’t big though so it’s pretty priceyyyy (just as all the other fancy dishes haha)
