We had katsudon (pork chop rice with egg sauce) and sanuki udon with tomato soup.Katsudon. Pork cutlet was crispy and not overly greasy but the slice of pork itself was very thin -- it was mostly breaking. The egg sauce was rather plain and lacking the usual soy sauce and mirin flavors. As a bowl if pork cutlet over rice, it was fine - just not what I expected katsudon to taste like.Broth was served piping, hearty and filling and reminded me of a can of Campbell's minestrone soup.
