魚子醬蟹盒 are served on cute mini spoons with gold leaves on top. The presentation was so cute that I didn't want to eat it. The sweetness of the crab meat and the saltiness of the caviar was well-balanced.Next up was the 黑松露菠菜汁鮮蟹鉗. The spinach sauce tasted really rich with truffle taste. The claws were really big! It was a bit spicy for my liking but my boyfriend liked it very much. Not only did he liked the sweet crab meat but also the flavorful spring onion and fried diced garlic. 蠔皇扣杏鮑菇
The king oyster mushroom steak was around half an inch thick and I ate it as if I was having a steak. It's satisfying though it's a vegetarian dish. 香滑流沙包
The meal ended with a really lovely custard lava bun. I love chocolate lava cake and for Chinese version this surely satisfied my craving for something gooey and rich!
