To celebrate the birthday of a certain accomplished young lady, we chose the Cova at Gateway. We all went for the dinner set with a buffet antipasta plus a main course.The buffet table has a fair variety of choices; personal favourites included beetroot cubes and cold prawns. The risotto was a bit too heavy and the sausage too salty; but the spaghetti al Nero di Seppia was excellent - al dente and fresh, matching the crabmeat perfectly.
