Tung Chung restaurants are pretty much jam packed during weekend. Passed by Cafeholic with no queue, so decided to give it a try.there are lunch set available (pasta & rice set) and also all day breakfast. I ordered a truffle mushroom egg Benedict and a cappuccino.the presentation of the Benedict was not appetizing, truffle sauce was like ant hives scattering all over the place. the side salad was using cheap lettuce instead of spinach/rocket (given that I'm paying $72 bucks) and the portion of

the presentation of the Benedict was not appetizing, truffle sauce was like ant hives scattering all over the place. the side salad was using cheap lettuce instead of spinach/rocket (given that I'm paying $72 bucks) and the portion of the mushrooms were rather small. and the soul of the Benedict, the supposedly yolk-running poached eggs, were HARD BOILED.
