Owned by local TVB artist Sharon Chan (陳敏之), Blesscuit appears in a bright red shop front on a street with many restaurants in Tin Hau.Blesscuit stems from the idea of “祝奇餅”, blessing + biscuit, meaning the spread of blessings by cookies. The chef has worked in LKF hotel and he learnt making cookies together with Sharon Chan to come up with the 14 flavours of cookies.The most surprising and outstanding ones are salty - 金鑽松露(with 竹炭), 鯷魚 and 番茄; and creative ones with sweet taste are 紅莓水果茶 and 檸檬
