There are a lot of restaurants in metroplaza after renovation of the shopping mall. Beerliner is always a good choice for business lunch as you can always get a seat during lunch time. Environment is ok, but it will be a little bit hot to sit outside, and a little bit noisy if u sit at the end of the hall surrounded by people whom talk loudly. Let's talk about food. Let's talk about food. They served set lunch and a la carte during weekday lunch time. For set lunch, there are several choices, including risotto, signature sausage platter, spaghetti, fish and steak. The set includes soup/salad, main course, dessert and coffee/tea. As I wanted to have carbohydrates today, I ordered risotto with squid which was priced below $100. The waiter was attentive and served the food quickly.
The meal started with corn soup, which was hot and the bread on top remained crispy.
For the main, the portion of risotto was perfect for ladies with normal appetite. For the taste, it is considered to be a little bit bland and dry to me, should be better if it can be more creamy. The squid was soft and not over-cooked.
Forgot to take photo for the dessert and coffee, which both are above average. Dessert of the day was mango mousse, which was not too sweet and the texture is smooth.
In term of price and service, Beerliner is a good choice for lunch.
