🧚🏻I like the color choice of using lime blue colour (butterfly pea) & grey colour (active charcoal) to create the whipped cream rose🌹
The whipped cream on the outside not only creates a gorgeous look🦋, but it also tastes very smooth, light and keeps the cake texture moist💦
The sponge cake is soft and fluffy, you won’t even notice it’s different from a regular cake😇
🍓The mixed berries cream is refreshing and kinda like yogurt which gives a sense of acidity to balance the sweetness of the cake🫐

The cake is quite nice & we would love to try out other flavors.😆
Despite it’s keto and vegan, it doesn’t sacrifice the taste.💙
The only thing that I need to complain about is the cake is quite expensive (which is reasonable as Keto/Vegan diet is not that common in HK)💸
