✅ Their soufflé pancake is fantastic, so pillowy soft and jiggly and had a rich eggy flavour. Matched with the chocolate caramel banana flavour. The caramel banana is a bit crunchy.
✅ Love their croffle - a more chewy option, the tenderness of croffle was complemented by the caramel custard. The top was caramelized with a blowtorch in golden-brown.
