早前來過Carpaccio吃午飯,今次晚飯時間來,試試新推出的菜式。先來頭盤小吃,Calamari Fritti,lightly battered deep-fried calamari with a side of Marinara sauce or lemon mayonnaise,香炸小魷魚配意式蕃茄醬或蛋黃醬,$85,薄薄的炸漿包著魷魚,口感不算十分香脆,但就不油膩,魷魚質感不太韌口,帶點軟腍,相比起,在灣仔的Divino Patio的Calamari Fritti造得較好吃。Vegetariano,grilled vegetables,roasted Portobello mushrooms and mixed green salad,香烤蔬菜、燒大蘑菇及雜菜,$98,大蘑菇不會燒得乾身,仍有很多菌汁,其他的瓜菜烤味不太重。Duo,Carpaccio of Salmon & Sea Bass with citrus dressing,rocket & orange segments,三文魚及鱸魚薄片配可口柑橘沙律醬、芝麻菜及香橙片,$125。兩款魚的薄片質感軟腍,以柑橘沙律醬
