Discovered this place a few weeks ago because of the huge flower plaque in the middle of a market.At that time, it wasn't even on openrice so I couldn't see if the food was good or not.After seeing some recent pictures, I decided to give it a visit because of the fish maw.On every table, there is chili sauce and chili oil.Started with crispy fish skin:For noodles, I had the spicy Sichuan broth which was really flavourful with the right amount of spiciness.The fresh beancurd skin was my favourite

The fresh beancurd skin was my favourite because it was soft and delicate.
I chose fish maw as it was on the menu, it was quite a big chunk which was quite firm with a slight chew to it.
