Food
For me, must-have foods for cart noodles include pig skin, daikon and fish balls (or other types of balls). The taste was good, but I won't say that was 'special'. It was a popular place for many office ladies and boys in Wanchai, as they served quickly and fast. But the price (~60HKD for 3 ingredients) was comparatively higher than many other cart noodles places (~40HKD).

Service
What made the experience was the service there. Customers were all welcomed to write comments on their walls, whether they liked the dining experience or not.

Most importantly, they were very environmentally-friendly.
Instead of offering plastic straws, they offer reusable straws for drinks.
Instead of offering paper menus for customers to tick and check, they offer reusable menus which ticks could be erased easily with towels.

This was the reason why it deserves my support and I will continue to recommend this to my friends.
