1. Luxurious presentation for this grand dish with caviar, uni (sea urchin) and toro.2. The whole thing tastes a bit funny, as the toppings are savory, but the cone is a bit sweet, yes, like those real ice cream cones.3. Toro is fresh, it does not taste fishy at all.
