【灣仔】Atelier Vivanda - 店內環境幾好,柔和光線,好大個open kitchen 俾你睇住廚師煮嘢,見到個法國人係咁較本地廚師煮嘢用紙袋放住麵包🥖幾特別,不過係凍嘅,法包都算係咁,唔乾嘅Signature thinly sliced smoked beef 🐂mature 50 days $198- 我覺得似火腿mix Parma ham嘅感覺,味道幾濃,比較咸,after taste幾重黑椒味,佐酒一流Black Angus Persille🐂🐂 $248 煎得好好!首先真係煎到medium rare,一口咬落去係幾脆下,肉仲係好多汁,真係皮脆肉嫩,但唔係燒肉,而係牛扒,真係難得!簡單的胡椒鹽調味,加埋好重的chargrilled 味,就食到呢塊牛肩肉應有嘅牛味!👍😋😋Iberian Pork rib 🐷🍖$248 都係煎得好好,都係外脆內嫩同重chargrilled 味,呢塊豬係medium,所以食落都係有好多肉汁,肉嘅質地好爽又好實在,覺得有dd似平時食米線腩肉個皮嘅質地,唔係肥肉果度!值得食👍😋😋叫咗2個主菜仲送咗兜沙律菜,菜高質新鮮Gratin dauphi
