Tonight I dinner with my families.We chose a japanese restaurant called ''Tomita Japanese restaurant"(富田和食亭）located in 2/F Kai Tin shopping centre,Lam Tin(藍田啟田商場2樓）which provides free flow of both of drinks and foods.There are diffrent charges from different time slots:Section 1: enter 5pm-7:30pm $158 per personSection 2: enter 7:30pm-8:30pm - $178 per personSection 3: enter after 8:30pm - $148 per person*(Monday to Friday )*+10% service chargeWe arrived around 7:30pm,so we fall into the sectio

We arrived around 7:30pm,so we fall into the section 2 which charges $178 per person.
Most of the drinks(ice-tea,juices,beers and softdrinks)and ice creams are stored in frizzer which allow customers to take freely winthin that 2hours.
There are also around 110 varieties of foods,sashimi,sushi,temoura,salad,yakitori,undo,ramen,hotpot for customers to choose from via filing the forms to order the foods.
For the A la carte(一品料理)I highly recommended the ''enoki mushroom fried beef rolls''(燒汁金菇牛肉卷).The tender,juicy beef chuck and blade wrapped around the enoki mushroom which soak up all the esscences and greases from the beef.Yummmmm!!"
The''cheese baked curry beef brisket"(芝士焗咖哩牛坑腩）is also very palatable,the briskets are cooked well,not tough at all, the spices of the curry full of flavours with cheese melted in the top.mouth watering.It is bit salty to eat alone,but very goooood pairing with a bowl of plain rice!
Some of deep fried foods very delectableI adore the deep fried chicken wings which are cook to order.The wings are steaming hot when they are served.Crispy on the outside,tender and juicy in the inside.
The "Purple Heart taro pill"(紫心香芋丸) also one of my favourites.Its basically sticky rice balls with taro filing inside.The balls are golden brown and bouncy.The taro filing is not too sweet.nice!For the "west Japan "category,The sirloin steak(西冷牛扒) is the must ordered item.Even though these beef is not the premium or top quality,but they are seasoned well,nicely cooked which stands out from rest of the foods.
This restaurant also provides different skewers/yakitori.My families and I order a lot of salt burn shrimps(監燒海蝦）and salt chicken cartilage(鹽燒雞軟骨串).These shrimps are not very large in size,but relatively light and fresh comparing to other food.It will be better if more salt or spices are added.
There are 13 types of sashimi are provided.I preferred the abalone sashimi(鮑魚片刺身) which has nice bouncy texture,has some bites.The column shellfish sashimi(鮮柱貝刺身) and giant tiger prawn sashimi(虎蝦刺身) are quite sweet and tasty.
It is quite refreshing to eat some veges after you eat a tons of greasy,oily food.Thats why I order a hotspot to cook some veges and mushroom to detox my ingesting system.The lettuce and mushroom are fresh and sweet.Hotpots provides another healthier alternatives for people.
There are oysters provided.i.e.golden grilled oysters and oysters roasted garlic(蒜香燒蠔）All in all,this japanese restaurant provides very affortable buffets with wide varieties foods,nice spacious environment,catering the needs for foodies with great appetite who want to eat different foods all at once.However,customers have to take more time to wait their orders after the first time order(頭單).
