The main course is an enthralling fusion named 'Velvet Goldmine’ 💜💰. A whole risotto turned purple paired with beetroot, creating a sticky texture that is delightfully delicious 😋; the 'gold' signifies the prawns 🍤 and mussels 🍲 complemented with herbs and gold foil.
The accompanying dish is Italian ravioli 🍝 crafted with Thai Tom Yum 🍲. This blend is unexpectedly scrumptious 😲.
The grand finale is their signature dessert called ‘The Fallen Angel’ 👼. Essentially, it's a three-layer pancake with homemade strawberry sauce 🍓. The pancake is somewhat dry and surprisingly not sweet 🍰.
