I really enjoyed their fusion meals as I liked how the dense and sweet taro paste in the egg rolls was contrasted by the salted egg yolk flakes at the top. It was actually closer to being a dessert than a savoury snack. I enjoyed the texture of the noodles as it was thick and chewy with a strong garlic flavour making the soup extremely fragrant! For the alcoholic bubble tea the bubbles although not the best, the milk tea was better than I expected as I thought that the taste of alcohol would overpower the flavour of milk tea. Instead, as they used baileys, it complemented the milky taste and provided a little alcoholic burn 🔥

Their fusion food was better than the regular classic Taiwanese food in my opinion and my absolute favourite here has got to be the Oreo milk mochi! 😋😋 the mochi isn’t as chewy and thick as regular mochi but it is instead milkier and sweeter. This way it is able to stick to the Oreo crumbs without being too messy to handle and slightly easier to chew 🤣🤣

Really loved the mochi and will definitely come back for it!
