the bread is very soft and have some flour on top of thatquantity of 5 grains are a lot, it is good for healthcheese is a cube like size and very tasty however it just clustered in one area instead of spreading around..so some of the bread do not have cheese and can just eat white breadthe bread was cut into pieces so that i can easily eat it.will buy it again!!!!
