Recently, I've tried the Brie & Cranberry sandwich and fell in love with it. The cranberry sauce matches very nicely with the Brie cheese. Even though the Brie cheese has a very mild taste but the crnberry sauce will not overpowering its taste.Beside the Brie & Cranberry Sandwich, I highly recommend the baguette here. The are kept in the fridge but the baguette are still very crispy outside and soft inside. The Posh Cheddar baguette taste very unique. The pickle sauce with a hint of sournes
Beside the Brie & Cranberry Sandwich, I highly recommend the baguette here. The are kept in the fridge but the baguette are still very crispy outside and soft inside. The Posh Cheddar baguette taste very unique. The pickle sauce with a hint of sourness compliments well with the Cheddar. They are using mature cheddar which has a stronger cheese taste. And I think this kind of cheese are not too common in the market.
