client took me to isola for lunch today. appetizer: antipasta buffetmain: beef tenderloinambience is as good as you get for this price and being in IFCservice is attentive and professional - w/in expectationmain course: BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! two thin slices of beef tenderloin that looked dry at first sight. cutting it was a BIG struggle even though a steak knift was provided. first bite: it was room temporature and actually slightly cold! feels like they've processed a whole batch of beef and no

main course: BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! two thin slices of beef tenderloin that looked dry at first sight. cutting it was a BIG struggle even though a steak knift was provided. first bite: it was room temporature and actually slightly cold! feels like they've processed a whole batch of beef and no one has ordered any! so hard to chew that i feel like giving me cheek a good workout. hardly could finish half slice (1/4 of the main). if this wasn't a business lunch, i would've totally made a big fuss!
dessert: fruit looks good but we didn't try any dessert.
coffee: standard - though i don't know how they got the mug handle so hot - almost as if it was taken out from a microwave oven
overall: out of H one / Harlan's / Tuscany by H and Isola for business lunch, Tuscany is definately the BEST, then Harlan's, then Isola and I would avoid H one
