I came here for a quick bite and ordered the a la carte noodle. $22 gets you the noodle base, and you need to add at least one topping, ranging from $8 to $11. Then $2-4 extra for special soup bases such as the tomato & egg, numbing spicy and sour spicy soups. I got the numbing spicy flat handmade noodle with spam & egg, and lettuce, a total of $41. The portion was big, and the soup was nicely spicy, but very heavy on MSG. The noodle was wide and chewy, perhaps a little too al dente. And they felt very handmade, as the width of the noodle varied a bit, as I found some irregular, pointy-shaped noodles also swimming around in the bowl. The toppings were generous, with many pieces of lettuce, 2 chunky slices of spam and a sunny-side up egg. It seemed like the perfect all-day breakfast to me, and was thoroughly satisfying indeed.
This place is fine for a no-fuss bite.
