I was rushing for my next appointment at Tsim Sha Tsui, thus I decided to have a quick lunch. Knowing that everywhere will be crowded during lunch time, I tried to see if there were any ramen stores around since the turnover will be fast. The shop was quite small, only able to seat around 9 people. Even though the shop was small, they still offered several types of ramen, around 10 choices. Besides ramen, they served add-on side dishes and drinks as well.
Citrus honey drink - The drink was sweet and refreshing, with alot of citrus bits at the bottom of the glass. It helped to dilute off some of the fats during the meal.
Black garlic oil ramen - The serving was slightly lesser than most ramen stores, but it makes up for its taste. It came with half boiled eggs and 2 large pieces of pork. Pork was lean and soft, almost melting in my mouth. Noodles was chewy and smooth as well. The soup was very flavourful, slightly salty to my liking. Half boiled eggs was soft and smooth, easily melting in my mouth.
