Prawn Risotto with Parsley Puree
This interesting color on a risotto is not the most common one. But it doesn't taste as raw as it look, indeed very rich and creamy. Yet the leaves on top gives extra taste and some freshness of the dish!
Bread Pudding with Chocolate Sauce
Dessert looks elegant and fancy. Soft and Sweet. Hot and Nice.
