Chic little cafe in an old forlorn building

I feel a bit mixed towards how to rate this cafe. I'm giving it a smiley because of its location in an obscure residential building and how it contrasts its neighborhood with it modern decor. It's a nice place to enjoy a cup of tea, which they are known for with its variety of fruity flavor tea, and get a taste of old Hong Kong (like how people use to live back in the days with keeping doors open and kids playing together in the communal area). I took some friends here and we acted like tourists

I feel a bit mixed towards how to rate this cafe. I'm giving it a smiley because of its location in an obscure residential building and how it contrasts its neighborhood with it modern decor. It's a nice place to enjoy a cup of tea, which they are known for with its variety of fruity flavor tea, and get a taste of old Hong Kong (like how people use to live back in the days with keeping doors open and kids playing together in the communal area). I took some friends here and we acted like tourists for a bit simply because this area is so different from what we are used it. I've had lunch and afternoon tea here a couple of times and quite frankly, their food is just okay. The food is your usual Hong Kong style western food and when I ordered a waffle here they didn't know what whip cream was nor did they have it. I would come here again though for some tea and know that I will have some nice and quiet time without the hustle and bustle of the city.
