Mediterranean Sea - inspired by the civilization around mediterranean Sea, egg white give such interesting foam texture, then come with delightful sweet and sour taste offered by honey mix, lemon juicy and Almond syrup merged with litalian gin and dry marsala wine.
Atlantic ocean - a strong wave come from peated scotch whisky mixed with coconut milk, cinnamon, lingonberry and lemon juice just like raining to the sea.
Black sea - coffee lover will love it.
I like those nuts they offered - cashew , peanuts , crispy savory can't be wrong.
Besides that, tacos of sea also match with their ocean theme , octopus, razor clam and crab meat are well seasoned and tendered.
Focaccia Croc Monsieur - toasted with ham and cheese which is typically great.
Can't be more satisfied with good wine&dine , good friend, good music.
