It has been a while since I have last been to The Joomak and again every time I go there is something new to try.On this visit, they had chilled noodles which were perfect on a hot day.There are three choices of pork, beef and omnipork.Tried the beef and omnipork.The vegetarian one comes with omnipork jelly terrine in the middle with soymilk foam.Beneath it is dry ice which makes it visually stunning.The omnipork terrine was refreshing with a strong taste of lemongrass.Here was the beef version

Here was the beef version of the chilled noodles which came with egg.
To eat, you just mix the noodles with the sauce in the bowl.
The other dish I have been meaning to try was the fried chicken which is evidently successful as it has been on the menu for quite a while.
The chicken looked exactly as shown on the picture.
Each bite was damn good because of the sauce which tasted like guacamole that made it moreish.
