This restaurant has always been a great spot for business dinners as it is nestled in the top floor of the Landmark mall. It is often difficult to find this type of restaurant with such private environment in the middle of Central. The restaurant serves a classy Chinese fusion and their head chef is one of the few 3-star Michelin Chinese chef in Hong Kong. The restaurant serves a classy Chinese fusion and their head chef is one of the few 3-star Michelin Chinese chef in Hong Kong. Ingredients selected for their dishes are often one of the best.
The dinner I had was a set menu, which was hosted by a friend of mine with wine pairing included.
There were 8 dishes served during the night and each had its own distinct and memorable taste.
I especially liked their Beef Tongue in Sichuan chilli, and the Crispy Chicken with Black Truffle. Both of these dishes were very flavourful, with great aroma when the dish came to the table.
Finally their cheese tart dessert was really good, the taste and texture is similar to the bake cheese tarts that are sold outside from a Japanese shop.
Dinner with wine pairing is always a plus, especially with such good food accompanying it.
