As a Brit, I love my pork sausages.Anyway, tried some exotic Chinese sausages with a twist at Noodle and Dog!I liked the spicy preserved black bean bean because you could really taste the black bean and Chinese olives.The spiciness helped to balance out the heaviness of the sausage.The unique Muichoi pork sausage was also good but it had too much fatty bits inside for my liking.
