My families and I went to a Chinese restaurant called ''Royal Garden'' (皇苑) located in G/F & 1/F, 109-113 Shau Kei Wan Main Street East, Shau Kei Wan (筲箕灣筲箕灣東大街109-113號1樓及113號地舖)that specializes in serving Chinese seafood cuisines.There is a beautiful golden mosaic at the end of the staircases that are full of mirrors.There are some Chinese porcelain paintings hanging above the cashier.Big round tables are surrounded by the marble walls.We ordered a dinner combo (晚市孖寶) which is much affordable t

The grouper is very fresh.The meat is firm, sweet and delicate.

The skin is roasted to golden crispy brown yet the meat is tender and moist.''Steamed large scallops with garlic vermicelli'' (at least order 2 pieces) (蒜茸蒸粉絲大扇貝) (2隻起)
The scallops are large in size and quite fresh.The vermicelli soaks up all the essences of the scallops.Yummmm.

The bite size Wagyu cubes are veryyyyyy tender, juicy, succulent and flavourful.Each cube has a nice pink color at the centre.
The macadamia nuts are superrrrrr crunchy and buttery creamy flavours.
The croutons are actually the eggplant/ aubergine coated with flour and deep fried them.
After deep fried, the eggplant tastes like the deep fried grouper/fish fillet. Very tastyyyyyyy.

All the intestines and the unwanted parts of the heads of the prawns are properly cleaned and removed. Nice job!!!The prawns are very large in size!!!
It will be better if more spicy chillis are added
All the dishes are large portions.The stir fried cuisines sell in quite affordable and reasonable prices.
This restaurant is clean and tidy with new, bright well lighted decors
