Before this shop had opened, I had held high expectations. They claim that they roast their own coffee on their roasting machine. Chocolate Truffle Cake - This was actually very good! Surprising. It had a great dark chocolate truffle layer and then a mousse layer beneath. Not overly rich, nor overly solid like the Debauve et Gallais one which has been frozen to death! I would certainly recommend this and come back to eat it!

Caffe Latte - A little too hot, and too milky. Base was very vanilla and smoky like, kind of similar to Ginger Bakery in Wanchai (same supplier). Better than Starbucks, but just... A little too roasty even for those familiar with the out-out-date and heavily roasted Starbucks default beans. Nevertheless, it's not 18 Grams fault - but rather what Bespoke is really trying to achieve !
