I knew the hotpot was going to be super spicy here because it is Chongqing style but I tried it as it was tempting.The real do in China has different broth to oil ratio because they have modified the ratio to make it healthier.In China, it is roughly 60% oil and 40% broth while in Hong Kong it is reversed as the people here are health conscious and the oil is not recycled.The spiciness is really spicy, so I suggest getting both broths and use the non spicy broth to boil the ingredients and use t

The spiciness is really spicy, so I suggest getting both broths and use the non spicy broth to boil the ingredients and use the spicy pot like a chili dip so you get your acquired spiciness level.

Normally desserts are last but here you get it first which makes sense because the sweetness prepares you for the spiciness.

The fish was amazing, it was slightly salted and it came off the bones easily so fish is a must order for me and the vegetables and tofu skin.
