The coffee tailoring is practically an unspoken fundamental in every specialty coffee shop, but it’s smart marketing to create a menu for it and sell it.
My coffee: nutty, strong, no foam, almond milk - original almond milk was used instead of barista version. That’s why the milk is distilled from the coffee slowly, the supposedly white coffee simply becomes a larger cup of double/triple macchiato? 🤷🏻‍♀️
