Tiramisu $58
I would describe it is more of a tiramisu flavour cheesecake. There’s no such typical airy and creamy mascarpone cheese texture. The cake itself also does not carry much coffee flavour so it’s more reliant on the soaked ladyfingers/cake crumbs layer in the middle. I love the creativity in its presentation with gingerbread man aside.
