Went to Pang's Kitchen with 5 members of my family. Had the Conch & Wild Duck Soup as a starter, followed by Oysters with Ginger & Scallions, Garlic Spare Ribs, Fried Milk, Steamed Crab over Glutinous Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaves, Pomelo Skins with Dried Shrimp Eggs, Shredded Chicken with Jellyfish, and Fish Lower Jaws in Ginger & Scallions.
