I was lucky enough to get my hands on the popular 芋蝦 (fried shredded taro snack) this CNY. Had to fight with shouting c9 for them. Handed them out as gifts and received great feedbacks from friends and family. The taro shreds were crispy, thin and not greasy. The frying oil tasted was fresh 無油益味. It’s $100/pack this year. I would definitely choose 芋蝦 over 角仔 the coming year.
