Taiwanese food by cocos. Previously I’ve tried their other branches for other cuisines and found it quite good so I knew that this would be good too. We got the traditional braised pork rice set with herbal drunken wings and passion fruit tea and another set which was the braised beef shank noodle and kamquat lemon tea. One thing I really liked about the noodles here is that they gave me the option to choose sliced noodles! The portions for both the beef noodles and the pork rice was actually a lot compared to some other stores I ate at. The meat in the noodles was so thick and the soup had a more focused taste on the tomatoes instead of more herbal ones in other stores. The drunken chicken, as in the other coco stores, was strong and fragrant 👍. For the drinks I preferred the kumquat lemon over the passion fruit as I liked the sweet and sour taste it had 😆
