Had the grilled salmon pho, they give you two pieces so should be enough to fill you. Adding to the pho, they had shallots, garlics, peanuts, spring onions which add to the texture and flavour of the dish. The salmon has a crispy skin which is nice. Their fish sauce is one that is hard to beat.
