Talking about 平民美食, Tomato C Hing is definitely an affordable gourmet for many. From $48 you get a Tomato noodles soup with fresh beef and scrambled egg! I enjoyed the signature “騸牯鮮牛面頰通粉 Castrated Beef Cheek Macaroni” in Tomato Soup. The soup was closer to the sweet side with herbs like those used in borsch, still rich enough for my liking. The beef, unique & flavourful as expected. The seasonal special was “滑蛋牛腩飯 Beef Brisket Rice with Scrambled Egg”. It’s actually like an Omurice with the egg
