Butao has always been one of my go-to ramen spot as they were one of the earlier ramen shops in HK that became famous due to their long line ups for just a bowl of ramen. Their spicy ramen with all the add-ons and a beer always hits the spot. Very satisfying on a cool day and their soup base gives the stickiness that you feel they used lots of pork bone when cooking. Noodles are always firm to the texture I like and the pork is fatty but very flavourful.
