It was a Saturday night and I went there with a bunch of friends in a merry mood! The wait was okay, 10 minutes given an ordinary Saturday night.The environment was cozy and homey, with its existing X'mas decos. My chosen appetizer was Salad with Beef in Thai Style, I would be very much happier if the portion served was more generous. But oh well, the well-marinated beef manage to compensate the lack of lettuce.
Then come my main course, I had Grilled Chicken Chop with Bacon and Scallop Skewer in Sizzling. I match it with mashed potatoes and vegetables, fyi, the vegetables are mostly hidden under my chicken chop.
The taste is quite normal as the black pepper sauce is not especially delicious or peppery. But I gotta say, the combination between the bacon and scallop is quite genius!
For $116, I'm quite satisfied. I actually find the dinner set rather reasonable, given that Ant One is a Western Food restaurant in a mall. I got no complains. Till then, foodies!
