complete failure of customer service

I visited the shop in aberdeen center, looking to get some tea this afternoon, waited in line for 10 minutes and when it was finally my turn to order, the staff had arguments among themselves on the deliverloo order issue. Then made me wait in front of the counter for another 10 minutes without a single word. I decided to ask them to take the order, and one of the staff just directlt told me that they are not taking the orders for now and that i shoule wait.I find no problem waiting, but

I find no problem waiting, but the reason why i am so mad writing my first ever openrice review is their attitude.
It is sk pathetic watching the staff behaving like they dont give a single thing about their customers.
