譚仔 is always so crowded, therefore I decided to order takeaway!! But still... it took me 20 mins to wait for my takeaway!!I ordered a clear soup base with zhajiang(fried sauce) with fishball and cabbage!!This time I didn't ask for separating the soup but.. the lady that served me keep asking " would you like to separate the zhajiang as it would be too oily" , how considerate was it!! The noodles was cooked at the right texture, perfectly chewy and the soup was not too salty which joined with the noodles quite nicely!!
The fishball was very "QQ", provided an extra texture, which made the simple bowl of noodles much RICHER !!
zhajiang was pretty delicious, it was a bit too oily, but as it was seperated in a little bag, I could add it when I wanted!! I just love this small but considerate arrangement!!
