anyway, onto my review.
i recommend their spicy stir fried octopus and their bibimbap (stone pot rice).i always order extra doenchang (the sauce that comes with the bibimbap) - the flavor is just right, with a nice hint of sweetness to the blend of spices. and the fermented bean flavor is not too strong.
their portions are not too small (unlike many restaurants in HK).
for vegetarians i really like their stir fried glass noodles - because korean glass noodles are made from potato starch they are slightly chewy, if cooked right (not too soggy and not undercooked).
personally i find that the banchan (small appetizer dishes) says a lot about the quality of korean restaurants. the kimchi here is spicy enough, but not overly so. presentation is nice too - it is rolled up, not just a heaped spoonful of mess. the sweet potatoes in syrup is soft but not overcooked, sweetness is just right.
make sure you make reservations though.
