I have been going to Outback at least every month for the past two years and it's been consistently one of the best values in HK. The lunch menu comes with bread (it comes piping hot and delicious), salad, soup, all-u-can drink ice tea (or whatever you want), and an entree (those are not options, they are all included). Where else in HK does all of this come included at no extra charge? All of this comes at usually less than $80, and several under $60. The seating is spacious and very comfor
The seating is spacious and very comfortable, and the service is also typically friendly. There's an occasional staff who is a little too serious, but usually most are nice.
The ribs, burgers and fish are all good. Dinner is quite a bit more expensive, but lunch is a great deal.
