Read about Nhau on Cathay Pacific’s inflight menu a while ago, finally got a chance to visit them last night.The restaurant is well hidden in an alley next to Ladder Street, it’s quite hard to locate I would say.Nhau serves contemporary Vietnamese cuisine which is not too strong in taste but with the fresh ingredients used, all the dishes are very well balanced and it was such a delightful dinner.Starting with scallop ceviche - so yumThe infamous banh mi but in a taco! Pandan ice cream - another must order. I would say it’s the best dish of the night.
