Found the restaurant on OpenRice, and decided to try it out.The lunch set prices range from mid - lower high range, and seem very worth it for what you get. Every set includes rrice, steamed egg, salad, and a small cold starter (i think it was beef or pork with octopus), and then a drink or dessert to finish. It came with an egg on top, which I have never had at other restaurants, but it tasted great, and added a smoother taste and texture to the meal. The fish in my dish didn't have a fishy smell, and seemed to be fresh (as fresh as can be during covid times)
The restaurant, though there were many customers, didn't feel crowded or noisy, and could easily have a conversation. Decor was clean and minimalist with a nice wine/sake display at the back of the room. The service we received was alright, and food was efficiently brought to the table (starters came within 5minutes of ordering, and my main came as I was nearly done with my starter).
