This has to be the coolest Starbucks in HK! It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of HK on a cute & quiet little street. In the middle of a nice staircase at the end of Duddell street, is the door to this hidden Starbucks. Once inside, you will find a modernly decorated corner of the store to your right. Once inside, you will find a modernly decorated corner of the store to your right. But the real treat is when you walk a little further inside... You will find yourself in a uniquely decorated Starbucks like no other. Decorated like a old fashion HK cafe with HK childhood memorabilia & iconic scenes of HK. It’s like taking a step back in time in HK.
It’s really cool to chillax in a different, non-cookie cutter styled Starbucks. Elevating the overall experience that much more.
In addition to the retro decor, this Starbucks also provides nice service & a special menu!
Like pineapple bun with butter (a HK Staple), or toasted marshmallow hazelnut waffles, etc. Making the trip here even more special.
And the cherry on top of all of this is the peace & quiet ambience! On a late Saturday afternoon, it is quite relaxing to just enjoy a cup of coffee with soft jazz in the background. (Hope it stays quiet like this! As it’s part of the charm.)
I’d recommend checking this place out if you’re in Central.
