另一半喜歡食熟成牛扒生日飯揀佐呢間係酒店入面既餐廳~貪佢有海景又酒店同餐廳個環境都幾好,價錢相宜就決定book位,註明係生日慶祝我哋揀咗2個business set lunch 每位$340 有6樣野1)pumpkin seed soup首先上既係南瓜籽忌廉湯個南瓜湯賣相吸引,creamy得嚟又唔膩~好飲2)seasonal salad 第二樣上既係沙律⋯雖然有個香草醬🌿但係加佐都唔係太好食⋯有啲苦同好勁青草味!個橙係juicy 同甜既3)dry-aged ribeye steak 180g呢個真係主角,肉味香濃,仲有6款調味揀任配,加少許鹽已經好好味,平時我唔食酸瓜⋯但我出奇地覺得配個酸瓜幾好味~另外問過黑色嗰啲醬其實係乜東東⋯⋯原來係茄子蓉加墨汁,但係我唔係好食到茄子味4)sorbet今日係紅苺雪芭5)today’s dessert 自動升級變咗生日蛋糕食落係金莎味道既朱古力蛋糕6)coffee or tea 揀佐peppermint tea 同earl grey tea

第二樣上既係沙律⋯雖然有個香草醬🌿但係加佐都唔係太好食⋯有啲苦同好勁青草味!個橙係juicy 同甜既
3)dry-aged ribeye steak 180g

另外問過黑色嗰啲醬其實係乜東東⋯⋯原來係茄子蓉加墨汁,但係我唔係好食到茄子味
